SMB – Pre-configured package for quick compliance

We created the SMB package to allow for every company in the world to satisfy their requirements easily. It’s the most simple options for customer who don’t have extensive needs. We recommend not to use SMB if you have more than one user doing your privacy, or need any kind of customizations.
A default webform that meets requirements
Webform is meant to work as is. You can still make esthetic customization such as including your privacy link, your logo, an introductory text and more. You can decide to embed it in your website, or simply link to our hosted version.
Webform will include at the bottom, a toll-free number and service code. That is available by default and satisfy the CCPA/CPRA toll-free requirement.
You can decide to publish the webform as a seperate link in your website, or embed directly in your website.
A toll-free number that meets requirements
Our toll-free number comes with default greetings specifically for designed for the CCPA as California is the only state requiring a toll-free number. In SMB, you can still upload different greetings, and make changes but you do not need to. Just publish the webform which contains the toll-free number, and you should be good to go!
Everything you need to comply
Once you start receiving request, we will send you an alert via email when a consumer sends you a request. You will be able to respond directly from the dashboard, verify the email of the consumer, and fuflfil. When done make sure you mark the request as completed.
When you start needing customizations, or adding additional members that are not billing contacts, upgrade to Enterprise, and take advantage of the great value that package provides.
