Group Accounts, White-label, and Resellers

We have customers who require their account to be linked and to “own” other sub-accounts. For instance, if you are:

  • A franchise group of hotels or others where each site handles their privacy and data
  • A web, IT, or security consulting company offering privacy request management for all your customers
  • A privacy company who wish to offer the toll-free number solution to their customer branded as yours.

Then we can accommodate you with what we call a Group Account.

Group Accounts

A group account is an account that runs under a subdomain – like yourbrand.optacy.com and owns multiple sub-accounts. When you login to your dashboard, you will see a new tab called “Accounts” where you can see, search and filter the accounts. For each sub-accounts, you can see their subscription, service code, manage their users, edit their name and metadata.

A group account is useful for when you wish to make sure all of your sub-accounts are properly subscribed and maintaining their compliance. Currently we have group accounts with over 300 sub-accounts! It’s a useful solution to maintain each sub-account independently.

Customizing your Group Account

You can decide to centralize the billing in your account, or have each account pay us individually. The latter will usually unburden the corporation or management company from your sub-accounts.

For privacy companies, we can push the voicemail request to your system of records, and turn off any notifications, so your customers never interact with our toll-free number platform or perhaps very little to customize the toll-free number experience.

Group Account VS a High Number of Service Codes

A group account is useful when each sub-account has their own list of users. If your account only requires many service codes and a single team of users, then that is something we can accommodate simply by increasing the number of allowed service codes for your account. Similarly, we have accounts with over 350+ service codes and toll-free numbers, and have handled very high scale privacy request management.
